Hi
Download and try a free scanner updated like Malwarebytes Anti-malware it's a small download from their website, It it's a form of Trojan.downloader........ it should find it.
You can remove the files and extensions from the ignore list.

Even better if you can find or remember the full name of the infection that Panda named, or what are the names of the files in the ignore list in 360??

According to PCMagazine tests, NIS2008 and 2009, similar to N360, resisted process terminiation, stopping of essential services, and fake mouse clicks. Maybe you should turn SymProtect Tamper Protection on after this has been resolved. As for now, yes, download Malwarebytes. As for the exclusions, remove them all. This also could be an corrupt installation. If Malwarebytes is unable to detect anything, try NIS2009. It uses a propierty installer, so it won't get blocked, at least for now. Many viruses today block .msi packages.
