Has anyone found a a way to actually contact Norton?

I think Norton must be like the great and wonderful OZ hiding behind the curtain. I have more than a few questions and comments that I think could be of benefit to them but short of this community forum, having a one on one seems difficult. I’ve been a customer for years but am considering cancelling. If I had a direct avenue to communicate with them that could change. They are great with pop-ups and up-sells but hearing from me vs. talking to me; not so much. Maybe I’m missing something obvious, I would love to be enlightened.
