Have I been hacked

Hi, I have used the same password to to access my Norton account for years but yesterday it failed and I had to reset my password by one time email and text codes. How do I find out if someone had hacked my account and changed my password ? I note that Norton have not sent me any notifcation that my password has been changed by myself or anyone else, very poor service.

Hi again, Just to add that even after resetting my Norton account password I had a problem with my vault password app on edge that would not load just a rotating blue circle on grey background. I have had to remove and reinstall the vault app to get things working again. I donot know if its linked to my Norton account password reset but was the app that first asked me to log into my Norton account when I tried to open it and started this mess.

Hi just another update, I then fired up my other PC and found the same problem with Norton vault password this time in Chrome browser. Same thing , when you select vault password app you are diected to open your Norton account then grey screen with rotating blue circle. Yet again the only way to get in was to remove the Norton password app from the browser and reinstall. Think all my problems have been caused by the new Windows Norton 360 update but would like Norton to confirm this so I know I my account has not been hacked.
