HELP - Automatic renewal problem

Hello.

 

I have deactivated by error  the option "Automatic renewal" in my Norton Account.

(Options:   1. Products    2. Older History   3. Profile   4. Automatic renewal)

 

Now this option has disappeared and I cannot retrieve it. Please help.

 

My Norton 360 expires in 12 days.

Hi Jimmy_S,

 

I do not not know why your Option for Automatic Renewal has disappeared, however, I have copied the following  from the instructions on the Automatic Renewal Option :

 

"You may cancel the Norton Automatic Renewal Service at any time by turning the Automatic Renewal feature off. If Automatic Renewal is turned off, you will be prompted to manually renew your subscription prior to its expiration."

 

So, even though automatice reneal is turned off, you should be receiving a prompt to manually renew prior to expiration.

 

You can also contact Live chat, explain the situation to them and they should be able to get you the best method to handle this situation..
