i havetotally remove from computer as issue like BSOD and other issues, however Norton has not removed completely in the regedit and Norton chat and tel support cannot assist because of and HP and Norton install legancy device which can assist with.

So I have found the issue I believe hklm/software/wow6432node/norton (926-22aad-05e8-4459-b256-765c1e-929fb
has everything in this folder plus 17 sub folders
I want to know if I can delete which will stop the error on start up of boot device driver ccset_nst not loading
Pat of my system is a Epson Multi photo PX820, which as 5 removal disks when the Norton removal tool broke the links so they showed as an issue in device manager.
I had assumed that the noise at each start up in the morning was something to do with the ccset_nst device driver not loading, uninstalled all 5 removable and everything is fixed re start up.
I am left with the following issues in services there is an entry for Norton indentity safe have it disabled so now I have to decide wether to remove this from services which is simple just got to make sure it is OK
The other is the ccset_nst driver not loading at startup, it is a legency driver Norton/HP, so issue other than clean each day do not want to play with registry.
Happy to tried with Norton Indentity but not with a device driver.
However the upgrade to 21.0.1.18 from 21.0.1.03 started all the issues ie blue screen, damage the removable drivers and not removing Norton Indentity
Hope this helps lesson one must take time and look in every area before deleting files,folders etc.
