Help installing Idenity Safe in multiple Windows Internet Explorer

Here's my problem... I just purchased a new computer with Windows 7 installed. I installed Norton 360 and Identity Safe on Internet Explorer and then discovered that I also have a 64 Bit Internet Explorer. (please hold all snickers regarding this oversight) I just figured that the obvious Explore was the 64 Bit version but it wasn't.

Son now I have identity Safe running just fine on the 32 Bit Version but I can't figure out how to install the Toolbar and Identity Safe of the 64 Bit.

Do I blow away (is that even possible?) the 32 Bit and then reinstall 360? Do I need both 32 and 64 bit versions?

Please help.

Many thanks in advance!

Kent

Greetings,

The Identity safe feature is not available on 64 bit version of Internet Explorer. It is available only in 32 bit versions. Check the system requirements of Norton 2010:

http://www.symantec.com/norton/internet-security

Browser support for Vulnerability Protection and Phishing Protection
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer® 6.0 or higher (32-bit only) ***
  • Mozilla Firefox® 3.0 and later ***

So you will not be able to see any Norton  toolbar on 64 bit versions of Internet explorer.
