My system is Windows Vista 64 bit. I purchased the 2014 internet security download and it will not open or install properly, after I install it and restart my computer I go to my start menu NIS folder and it is empty. The norton icon shows on the desktop but not in my task bar. In my programs it shows it has been installed. I also tried the NIS upgrade 21.1.1.7 version download and the Norton Removal Tool and no luck.
Last year I had the 2013 NIS and it installed with no problems. Can you help me please?
