Our laptop motherboard failed yesterday. I have a new computer running Windows 7 and I have installed Norton Internet Security (Version 19.6.2.10) from my account. I did not have a current backup (.npm) of my Identity Safe data. We were only using the local version and had not enable the cloud sync.
I do have access to my old hard drive to transfer data to the new machine - I have located the folder IdentitySafeDataStore. I have followed prior posts in the forums to create a new Identity Safe, then disabled the product protection and replaced the files IDDStor2.dat on the new machine and restarted.
When I now try to open the Identity Safe I get the message "Unable to logon to your vault at this time."
