My NIS 2009 has gone mad,started with no trust on norton insight,Rebooted still the same so was doing a full system scan when windows pop up said service frame work has encountered a problem.then icon dissappeared off tray at the bottom of screen,so looked in application logs on event veiwer Faulting application ccsvchst.exe version 108.0.0.0.126 faulting module symhtml.dll version 3.0.0.149,fault address 0x0001604b then while writing this down another window of norton pops up at the Norton removal tool ???an error code was 8504,4.checked my windows security centre and all is green ok.what is going on

the norton removal tool window is still open while writing this just happened within 5mins of posting.
