Help! Norton Internet Security won't finish its "Fix"

Good day!

As seen in my title, my NIS won't stop its fix. I honestly don't know why it hasn't finished doing so. My laptop is "Tuned Up", Norton is up to date, and I've scanned my laptop several times already.

One thing that I can say though, is that while I performed the Fix Now option three days ago, I was checking the History of my Norton. Then, for some reason, Norton crashed.

Is there anyway to solve this?

Also, my laptop is running on Windows 10.
