Help related to identity safe and exception list

Hi. I have been wanting to delete my identity safe profile but could not find the delete option. Is there anyway to delete my profile? And also i have been playing game called blackshot. After installing norton 360, norton 360 detects blackshot as a trojon which is obviously not... How to i add blackshot into the exception list? Thanks. Hope my questions could be answered asap :)

Go to Tasks > Security History > Quarantine.
