What is the error message you are seeing?
I have a code from Amazon purchase for Norton security and it is not clear on the homepage as to where I input the code , I already subscribe to Norton and my subscription is due to finish within the next 2 weeks
Not sure if you have the newer 24… version, I do not; I have 22. If 22, in Norton 360 (not My Norton), go to Help. On the right side of the window, you should see ‘Enter Product Key’. Follow the steps from there. Once done, verify on each device it is updated. Sometimes you have to re-download on other device or re-login to account. Hope this helps.
