on thanksgiving my computer crashed i some how got it up an running then on christmas i took another nose dive i can no longer get on the internet cant listen to music all my couse materials notes etc are gone i called nortons for help and the person there said i could be fixed after 20-30min chat he then said i would cost me 170.00 to get it fixed i am not paying for something that failed to do what it was supposed to do then i was told it was the axel.dav virus nobody has a solution to remove it when trying to get on line it says the cables are unplugged i even bought new cables still nothinf is ther any one who can help
