I can't verify my site ownership. I use Microsoft Office Live to design my website but I cannot copy the auth file to the root directory of my website because I can't use the characters contained within the authorization file name. I copied the long alphanumeric keyword meta tag into my site`s home page but verification still fails.
I even made a separate webpage with the auth file on it (nortonsw_8d207cd0-345b-0.html) but it still fails. My website is www.cathyweaves.com. Is there anyone who can help me find another way to verify my site ownership?
