I/m trying follow Verification on steps but It does not work for me.
Steps I followed:
1. Log back into Norton Safe Web > My Profile > Site Dispute and you should see the name of your website and three options listed under Action.
2. Click on "get authentication file”. You will be presented with a new window indicating a file download. "Save" the HTML file to a convenient location on your computer.
3. Upload / copy the saved HTML Document to your Root Directory.
4. Click on "verify site ownership". A reminder message will pop up asking you to confirm that you have placed the "authentication file" in your Root Folder. Click OK.
The system return fail message.
I add meta tag to all pages and tried click on verify site ownership" same result.
