Help with update 360..?

Hi everyone..!! I have a problem with update 360 v3 to v4.I do every thing like in the description,precisely i run live update on my 360 and when i get the latest update i download v4 with update center.the instalation start,and suddenly i get a error mesage "The language set of this upgrade does not match that of the currently installed product."!! When i click on the link for error help just tellings me to reinstall my 360.I do every thing like there writen but the problem remains exist.After several times trying,uninstall and install i failed to update my 360.Please can enyone help me.?? Did you try uninstalling version 3 with the Norton Removal Tool? If not, and if Norton 360 is the only Norton product on your computer, please do the following:

 

Depending on the edition (Standard or Premier) of Norton 360 you have got, please download the latest installation package from the appropriate link below and save it to your desktop.

Norton 360 Standard Edition version 4 (English)

Norton 360 Premier Edition version 4 (English)

Download and save the Norton Removal Tool to your desktop from over here:

NOTE: The Norton removal tool will wipe out any other Norton products installed on your computer, so only use the removal tool if Norton 360 is the only product on your computer.

Also, please keep your Norton 360 product key handy, just in case. You can get it from your Norton account over here:
https://www.mynortonaccount.com/amsweb/default.do

Please disconnect from the internet and run the removal tool twice, rebooting after each run. Then install Norton 360 version 4 and connect to the internet when it wants to connect to the web. The removal tool leaves your product key behind, and Norton 360 should pick up your key automatically.
