I have had Norton 2011 performance pack for 5 months+everything hokey doke. Tonight-there was a authentic Norton page which implied I ought to free download to 2012-anti virus-and two other bits-I guess anti spy etc. So I did. When I saved +ran-all seemed ok for 7 minutes -then I was informed --"you are attempting to download to an older version"
So -here I am -registered +logged in.
What do I do. My full scan Norton box seems to have changed to this 'newer' version. Do I now need-to install from my disc to get back 2011 performance pack? I could have done without this lost time
