Norton has over 300 GB of hidden files on my computer. My hard drive is almost full. How do I get rid of these files to make space on my drive?
Hi Mike,
Could you please let me know the location of those files which is taking somuch of your Hard disk space to let you know if they are good to delete or not.
If you can give the Screenshot would be great to help you better.

I have tried deleting but it says action requires Administrator
Hi Mike,
You can delete those files in the Temp Location you have mentioned location :
C:\ProgramData\Norton{0C55C096-0F1D-4F28-AAA2-85EF
-591126E7}\NIS_19.7.1.5\SymDS\Temp
You can go to Safe Mode by tapping F8 and select Safe Mode and login as Administrator and go the the above location and delete those files.
If you still have any issues let me know.
