High CPU usage running in desktop background with DickDoctorSrv.exe

Hi there.  I get a notification box of high CPU usage and the file or program  DiskDoctotSrv.exe come up almost daily.  DiscDoctorSrv.exe is supposedly a Norton program so I called the help desk asking what why this was the case.  It was somewhat hard for me to understand the tech helping me but she told me that my computer was infected by a virus???

 

 

She directed me to the link Norton.com/virushelp which I went to and downloaded the program, ran it, and no issues.  Can anyone offer any guidance as to why this Program/File is giving me a High CPU message constanly and is this a problem for me that needs to be addressed?
