Home Sharing on iTunes won't work, please help

I just got a new laptop, and bought Norton Internet Security 2011 to protect my computer.  Before I installed it, I was able to use home sharing on iTunes without a problem, and now that I installed Norton 2011, it will not work at all.  I tried deactivating the smart Firewall thing, but that didn't help, so I tried deactivating EVERYTHING in Norton and still it would not work.  So I uninstalled Norton, and BAM it works great.  Can anyone help me modify the firewall or the settings to get it to work, so I don't have to uninstall Norton every time I want to sue iTunes Home Sharing, which is fairly frequently?

Thanks

Hi pyroboy

Welcome to the Norton Community Forums.

Here is a link to a guide by Apple Support that may help you.

Thanks to SendOfJive.

I appreciate your suggestion of the Apple troubleshooting page, but I had already consulted that, and it tells me to check my firewall settings and allow 2 specific things, but that is what I want to know how to configure in Norton.  Can you help me with that?

This is what the apple site suggests...

Home Sharing uses TCP port 3689 and UDP port 5353 to communicate with other copies of iTunes.

Can anyone help me configure Norton to these two settings?
