Home Title Lock feature

I have been trying to get my home listed on Home Title Lock since March 5, 2023.  I have made repeated calls to customer support and have an open case number since that time.  I have repeatedly been told the problem has been elevated to level 3 support.  Every time I call, they tell me it is still being worked on and I will get a call in 24- 48 hours. I have never recieved a call from anyone at Norton on this issue.

My home is held in trust.  The trust includes my name, in full.  I have a second home that is held in trust, the same way as the first, and it is listed on Home Title Lock.  No one can or will tell me where the problem lies. They also refuse to put me in contact with level 3 to get firsthand information.

I have Norton Lifelock Ultimate and use Windows 10.  

Anyone have a suggestion?
