My Norton 360 marks valid SignNow email requests to sign as VIRUS. There is no “Antispam” in my product settings to exclde SignNow (strange in itsef).
Chat support. agent did what I did myself - zero additional expertise, then abruptly cut the session.
Chat agents cut my attempts to reconnect without a word.
What is this ??? I have a paid licensed product!
If you have the newer version 24 or 25 of 360, there is an email protection feature. Maybe this is what is affecting your emails. You could try turning that off and see if it resolves your issue. You will still be protected by the other layers of protection in your 360 product.
Thanks. This is indeed how I overcame the problem. I just thought that Norton had a feature to exclude emails to prevent false positives.
BTW, Norton chat support did not even get to this, which you and I found without them…
