Horrible response from Symantec

I paid for Norton Security today.  The toolbar would not work in IE11.  I went through 3 techs and 8 hours of my Sunday.  All ended up just closing the support window without notice or resolution.  One tech permanently deleted all my Favorites, Passwords and Logins.  So now I have a great amount of data just gone to the wind, a product that does not work, out the product price and a bunch of Symantec techs that just bail on the issue.  WTF kind of company are you running?  Refund me the price and you should be paying me restitution for the corruption/loss of my data and loss of my time.
