Issue abstract: Password not working. Reset not working. Internet supposedly not working.
description: It would be nice if I could even find an email address to send for support. The support questions and answers are like a merry-go-round. Can’t use chat since I can’t sign in. Scan says my internet is down. My internet is working fine, but I can’t do some of the suggestions to fix that. I can’t find what version I’m using but it must be recent because I bought it very recently. At this point I’m ready to do a charge back on my credit card.
