how about a customer support product

This could be an amazing new opportunity for Norton.  When a customer has a problem, you dont just ignore them, and pretend to have people available on a chat line (because obviously you dont), but you could actually help them.

 

I know that is a lot less fun that just takin the money and sticking it to them, that that is really immoral and unethical.  What i am talking about is getting into honest business.  Do you think Norton can change enough to do that?

 

How about actually having people ON a chat line, not just the fantasy that they are.  How about sending e-mails and phoning customers.  How about software that works?
