How can I add a site to be safe?

I upgraded to Norton 24 yesterday. I can no longer access a site I have used for 2+ years to pay a specific bill. How do I add a site to be considered “safe” within the Smart Firewall? I do not see any directions on how to do this. Thank you.

Thank you for the reply. The site comes as a link in my email to pay a specific invoice. The contractor uses “GetJobber” platform I believe. Here is the link with spaces to break it. I tried to follow the instructions above but this does not work for an email link. Norton is identifying this as a pfishing scam but I know it is not.

Hmm…email link. Did you try adding just the address before the question mark …https://na01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com… afaik ~ after the question mark is localized content.

What’s the address of the site you land on for 2+ years before v24?
Since, you trust the site. Why not just bookmark site and call site from bookmark? Do you have to call the site from an email??

No, I don’t see that error anymore. The link just works since i added the exclusion.
