In Windows Explorer (in Win10), I right-click on a .wav file. Norton 360 is among the context menu items. How can I remove it? I don't see an entry for it in shellexview or shellmenuview.

Bingo! That worked. Basically, run CCleaner > Tools > Startup > Context Menu > sort by program name > select NortonLifeLock > right-click > Disable.

Hello raywood. My recommendation is using CCleaner, its the safest way and doesn't require or suggest editing of the system registry which CAN leave your computer not bootable if not done correctly :
