I used the password generator to create a password for my website I was thinking that my computer was going to automatically save it but it didn’t. And, I didn’t copy it down so I haven’t been able to get into my website since October. Can someone please help me?
and does your website offer “forgot password” remedy?
Yes but they have not responded to any of my messages. I had my website built on a website hosting site but I did not know that it was a foreign site. I’ve sent numerous messages to tech support but no one has responded to any of my requests. I haven’t been able to verify my email address either. In order for me to reset my password, they must verify my email address first.
