I am wondering if there is a way to link/sync credentials between two login entries. OR if there is a way to have multiple “Website / APP” inputs for a single set of credentials.
The example is my power company. Using the APP it gets stored under “DelmarvaPower” but using the website it goes under a different domain “exelon”.
If I change the password on the site, it wont update the APP, and vice versa.
Is there a way to make this seamless/sync?
Users should be able to manually create credentials for different website domain addresses using the same Username & same Password.
Wondering why you’d want/need to?

I think you are missing the main point… there are about 2 logins that i have where the mobile app gets saved under one ‘name’ and if i use the webpage on a PC, the ‘name’ is different, but it is for the same login.
For example… when I am on my phone using an App, my electric company login gets paired with “Delmarva Power”… but when i log in using a web browser on a PC… the same account gets paired with “ExelonCorp”.
If i change my password on my phone via the DelmarvaPower app, it wont update the ExelonCorp credentials… therefore if i login using my PC, it will autofill the old password.
It would be nice if i could tell Norton Password Manager both accounts are the same, even though it has 2 different domains.

On your PC, in password manager settings. Have you under the “My Data” section clicked “Synch Vault” to determine if it updates things?

it is not a sync issue, I guess i used sync in the title and that has you hung up.
The issue is that the same website/login creates two different entries in the password manager. One for an APP and a completely different entry to login to the same account on a PC.
I do undersand your issue as I have experienced the same with a mobile app and a PC website.
I have not found anyway around it and I do make the changes manually to each one when needed.
Synching your vault will pull all logins from every device you use NPWM on into it. PWM WON’T combine those into one login. There are no settings for it as PWM currently is designed.
