How can I talk to someone at Norton?

I have a new computer.  I want to be sure that my Norton coverage through my son's subscription, which he pays extra for, is active on my new computer.  I can only find the coverage I pay directly for.  How the heck do you talk to someone???  I was on hold for 2 hours and then they hung up.  Infuriating.

Your Norton account reports your Norton subscription/s with device/s under your subscription/s.

Note:  your Norton 360 install on this new machine remains under control of your sons Norton account | Norton subscription. 
You will not see this Norton 360 install with your Norton account.

Does your new computer have any 3rd party pre-installed security product/trial?  
Please remove any pre-installed 3rd party security product using vendor instructions before installing Norton 360.

Does your sons Norton 360 subscription have additional licenses available to protect more devices?

One way to use your sons Norton 360 subscription on your new machine is to have your son send you a pre-activated download link.  Have your son Sign In to his Norton account and send you a download link.

Note:  your Norton 360 install on this new machine remains under control of your sons Norton account | Norton subscription. 
You will not see this Norton 360 install with your Norton account.  

Install your protection on another PC or Mac ›

  1. Sign in to your his account.

  2. On the My Norton portal page, click Download.

  3. In the Get Started page, click Send Download Link.

  4. Type an email address that you can access on PC or Mac.

  5. Click Send.

    An email is sent to the email address with instructions to install the Norton product.

  6. On the device where you want to download your protection, locate and open the email that you received from Norton and click Download Now.

  7. Click Agree and Download.

  8. Save the file on your computer and double-click the file to install your protection.

    <p>By default, the file is saved in the&nbsp;<strong>Downloads</strong>&nbsp;folder on both Mac and Windows computers.</p>
