How do I add a device to the "Trusted Device" list

I have Norton Security with Backup (bundled with LifeLock Standard) installed on a desktop PC and on 5 other devices. In My Account Personal Settings, under Two-Factor Authentication, Trusted Devices, a message states that "This is not a trusted computer."

How do I get the device I use ALL THE TIME on the Trusted Devices list?

I just tested with my Norton Account. When setting up 2FA, there is an option at some point in the process to trust the device.

2fa trust device 2.jpgSo you can try turning off 2FA, and choose the option to remove all methods. Then set up 2FA again from the device you will be using all the time.

I could not find a way to change while already set up.
