How do I add an exception to a blacklist site?

Note: Please do not post Personally Identifiable Information like email address, personal phone number, physical home address, product key etc.

Issue abstract: In our office we have everyone on Norton, and some people can use the website no problem and others are getting blocked with the “URL:Blacklist” warning. When I go to safeweb, it lists the website as safe (because it is).
How can I get the other computers to see the website as safe?

All the computers are running the same version (it was installed years ago) - I will double check.

I’m changing my answer to “running on the same version” to not running on the same version. For some reason on my computer I can’t even find the “about” tab to look at what version I am currently using

The office is running on 2 different versions of Norton. 24.11.9615 (3 out of 4 people using this version the website will be blocked) everyone using the version 22.24.8.36 or 22.24.3.2 can use the website without it blocking them

does this look correct?

yes

I will do that. In the mean time, is there a way to add the website to an exclusion list on the computers that are having this issue? A way to add it to a ‘safe’ list on the persons computer?

And thank you so much for your help!
