I can’t figure out how to cancel the trial of Norton Driver Updater and keep it from being charged to me. I have an email that says it will be charged Aug 2, but it does not appear in my account under my subscriptions.

Does your My Account render 5 or 3 tabs?
fwiw ~ sometimes my My Account renders 5 tabs & other times 3 tabs.
with 3 tabs = Support renders 'tnshop.jp'
