How do I change Norton Security Deluxe to Norton 360 Deluxe

I purchased the "Norton Security Deluxe" and the seller informed me that it same "Norton 360 Deluxe" after using the confirmation key it turns out, not the same. kindly advise.

On the main Norton web page, there is a large Upgrade for Free button. You can use that to have the Norton Security product upgraded.     https://us.norton.com/

You can either try contact the seller and see if they will make it right or

Try contacting Norton Support and see if they can upgrade your current subscription to the one you want.
