How do i change the settings so that i can allow a certain site to send cookies

this is the message i got and im not sure how to do this

  • If you are logged in, then make sure you aren't using any kind of cookie blocker, like Norton Internet Security.
  • Try allowing "modthesims.info" in your security software for cookies.
  • MAKE SURE you have ticked the "Remember Me" option when logging in. If you do not, then you will not be able to download.

Follow the instructions under the "block or allow cookies from specific websites" link in the following Microsoft support article.  Norton does not actually block cookies, it only removes tracking cookies after the fact.  Adding "modthesims.info" to the list of allowed sites in IE7's Privacy tab should permit the site to set the persistent cookie it requires.
