How do I check my settings to ensure that Norton is not blocking communication with my printer?

I have already done a hard start and double checked every connection. The printer is a Lexmark 2500, I can still use it as a photocopier, but thats all.

What is your OS? Have you installed/reinstalled the printer drivers?Which version of 360 are you running?
