How do I configure the firewall settings?

I am using the Norton 360 Premier Edition and looking around I can't find how I can configure the firewall setting so to allow access for one specific web site. Anyone know?

What problem are you experiencing when visiting the website? The firewall does not have anything to do with blocking specific websites.

Check whether you can access the Web site after disabling the Smart Firewall. If you can access the Web site after disabling the Firewall, you can try resetting the Firewall rules and then access the Web site. The steps are:

 

Reset the Firewall rules

  1. Start Norton 360.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Under Detailed Settings, click Firewall.

  4. On General Settings tab, next to Firewall Reset, Click Reset.

  5. In the confirmation window, click Yes.

  6. Click Apply, and then click Close.

I am trying to download a video and when click the download button, nothing happens. I posted to the web site's support and they told me to update Windows Media Player .I am using Windows XP SP3 and updated Windows Media Player. When I try to select Save target as the drop down menu blinks but doesn't stay open.

That does not sound like a firewall issue.
