Made contact and got quick response and resolution. I appreciate the help from this forum and then Norton/Lifelock Support.

I Sign'd In to my Norton account -> Contact Norton Support -> Chat Support: Chat Now
I click'd "Manage my account" -> "Something else" and type'd "Live Agent" until ChatBot Kate reply: "transferring you to a specialist for further assistance".
