That is where I started Silverhawk. To submit a support request by email, it appears to me one must fill in the blank labeled phone number in order for the submission to be accepted.
The link to support you provided requires a phone number. No phone number, submission rejected.
As for the online chat, I guess I will have to go that way.

Oops. On line chat requires a phone number as well. I guess I will just try and make up a phone number that will work.

You are correct. I have no cell phone and I have no telephone. Cell phones are a disease. People can't drive without a cell phone to their ear, they can't go grocery shopping without a cell phone to their ear, they can't do anythng without a cell phone to their ear and half of the people with cell phones look like the Borg with all their wireless stuff shoved in every orifice of their body so they can constantly talk on their cell phone. I do not like cell phones.
I have a phone line that my computer is hooked to but I have no telephone to hook to the phone line. I prefer to talk to people face to face.
I just used a dummy number and did on line chat help and the first response from the help section was that they wanted to call me back. Amusing. I informed him that the number was fake merely so I could get help and after a couple minutes I received an answer for my question.

Support will ask for a phone number in case you get disconnected. That has happened to me and they did call back.
