How do I create a backup to a bootable disc?

I want to backup my PC to a bootable CD using Norton Ghost 14.

 

Let me explain what I mean by bootable disc. Like the Windows XP install CD and my PC's revovery discs, both are bootable CD's which I can put into the CD drive, and then boot from them, and the install starts automatically. Do you understand?

 

How can I create such a bootable disc using Norton Ghost 14.

*Note: I know it must be possible, because my PC's recovery CD's open up with a Norton Ghost 2003 interface when I boot from them, and the install starts automatically.
