I was wondering how to exclude some files or folder on Norton 360. There's some files that are false positive or packed with Themidia. I don't want to turn off Auto Protect everytime I use those files.

Welcome to the forum. Can you give us more detail on what you want to exclude and why? Excluding files from virus/malware scan should be done with caution to ensure you are not excluding files which could be a real problem.

Packed with Themida can be malware. Before you exclude these files or folders, you should submit the files for further analysis. You can also run a full scan with the free version of Malwarebytes and see what comes up with that.
Download the free version, install and update then run a FULL scan. After the scan completes you should post the logs back to this thread.

It is a safer location to get the program from than malwarebytes themselves because the malware writers some times block the security programs' websites.
You can use these sites to submit your files for further analysis.
follow the instructuons here https://submit.symantec.com/dispute/false_positive/ to submit the file to Symantec for false positives.
If you think that the file might be infected, please submit it to Symantec over here:

If you want a faster (but non-human) analysis, then you can go to Threat Expert:

It's only cheats for games. LoL.
But it's annoying because I have to keep the .Rar file and turn Norton off if I forget to turn it off in the 1st place. It contains a lot of Themidia so it can't be detected with Anti-Cheat Shield for Online games. I used to use VirusTotal.com or NoVirusThanks.org. Anyway I just put all my cheats to a certain folder and exclude that folder.

Suggestion for Symantec future products. There should be a way of preventing Norton products from allowing cheats and warez and that kind of stuff from being put into exclusion lists so they stay on the computer and not be scanned. That's like encouraging or approving the use of cheats and that kind of stuff. Sorry, that's the online gamer in me speaking up now and being one who is against cheaters in games.

Though I certainly agree with what you say from a moral basis, I am not so sure this is something that Symantec can or should do.
Once Symantec or any company goes down this path where does it stop?
But first and foremost it is not as easy as it sounds. Can you imagine the first time an incident comes up where NIS or N360 make a decision to block something from going into the exclusion list and the wrong decision has been made? E.g., there really is nothing wrong with the file, not a crack file or any other type of illegal file but the software has incorrectly classified it that way.
I don't think Symantec or any company would want to risk the possibly legal ramifications of something like this.
I totally respect where you are coming from though, I just don't think it is feasible.
