How do I exclude specific cookies from being cleaned?

I use both Norton 360 and Norton Utilities to keep my computer cleaned up and registry in good shape. I've been looking through my 360 configuration, trying to find out how I can exclude cookies from a specific site from being cleaned, and I can't figure out how to do it. I will also need to do it for Utilities. I'm very religious about scans, and 360 scans whenever it can and I run a full scan once a week or so. Utilities I have set up to clean and run registry scan every time my comp starts.

 

I run Vista Home Premium just in case that is important. I'd appreciate any help getting these two programs configured. Thanks!
