I have a 10 user N360 license pack and 2 3 user N360 license packs. I've had these for a few years and some of the computers on which these were installled are no longer in service. My Account on Norton tells me that I have no available licenses. Norton management website takes me over to my Norton One machines. I have some questions about managing these licenses: 1. Is there a way to know what machine names were registered with Norton? 2. If I retire a machine, how do I release the license for use on another machine? 3. Why does Norton Management not let me manage my N360 licenses (it only displays my Norton One devices)? 4. Is there a better alternative to manage these licenses? About half od these machines are laptops and are not able to connect to our business network for certain periods of time. Thanks in advance.
