How do I fix my subscription status with Symantec?

I was looking into the NIS 2010 upgrade and checked my Symantec account today and it shows that my NIS 2009 subscription expires in October 2009.

It also shows that it is a 1 pc subscription and that it is a ‘Spanish – Latin America’ language product. The product listed there showing the October expiration date is something that I had previously installed, in English.

I purchased a two year 3 pc subscription and installed it in April 2009 which should have overriden the one year subscription. As of today this subscription does not expire for another 500 plus days. It is in English and when I installed it I put the assigned product key number in the ‘enter a subscription renewal code or another product key’ box and it has worked OK since.

I do not see the two year 3 pc subscription that I purchased listed. The product key shown is for the one year 1 pc subscription.

Does this mean that in October my two year subscription is overridden by the one year subscription?

How do I fix this problem so that my two year 3 pc subscription is shown correctly?

Thank you.

I had previously used the NIS HUD to check my subscription status and it did verify that the two year subscription was in place. It is at my account where it still does not show the two year. It still shows the one year. I also used the link provided and it too showed the two year, after contacting the Symantec Server.

I will have to check the link for more options as to how to contact Symantec.
