Method 1: Direct Purchase (Norton Website)
If you bought your subscription on the Norton website, follow these steps to turn off auto-renewal:

1. Sign In: Log into your Norton Account using your email and password.
2. My Subscriptions: Hover over your profile icon or name in the top right and select My Subscriptions.
3. Manage Renewal: Locate your active subscription and click Cancel Subscription Renewal or Manage Renewal.
4. Unsubscribe: On the next page, click Unsubscribe next to the plan renewal.
5. Confirm: Follow the prompts to select a reason. When offered a discount to stay, click No thanks, cancel my subscription to finalize.

Method 2: Mobile App Stores (In-App Purchases)
