If Norton would resend the confirmation e-mail I got when I bought the product last May and which, unfortunately, I no longer have, then I could find out my product serial number and go through the installation process. Otherwise, I have spent $95.45 for nothing! Lesson learned--read your confirmation letter and keep it!

All subscription matters are dealt with by Norton OnLine Customer Support -- if you bought from Norton. I suggest you contact them via the CHAT link as below:
To contact customer support Click on this link https://www.norton.com/chat and work on from there.
I take it that you have not installed the product before on any other machine and that it has been sitting their unused since then? Otherwise if you have installed it on any machine you can find the KEY you need by logging onto the MyNortonAccount you may have created or you can look on the computer it is installed on already for a file called KEY.txt in one of the folders under Users.
But either way CHAT is your best bet but you need to have some way of them identifying your purchase .... maybe the date on your credit card? See what they say.
Please let us know how you get on ....
Thanks for the tip, Hugh. "Chat" solved my problem on the spot and remote installed the software. I actually have NIS doing a full scan as I write this. What a relief! -- Jeanne
Thanks for lettingus know that the Norton OnLine Support Team came through again with flying colors!
You know where tocome if you need some help atany time.
It may help others to spot how to do something if you mark the answer that pointed you in the right direction as the Solution -- I think there's a button somewhere that only you can see ....
Next time you can try this.
If you bought your product from Symantec, look at your Norton Account.
Log in using the email address and password.
Click on Order History. If you see your last purchase listed, click on View under the Details column. That will list your product information, including your product key required to activate the product.
