I have a similar problem. I have had to reformat my harddrive, and now, having re-installed most fo my software, I need to reload my norton security. I have purchased (three) licenses online, and have downloaded two, one of which as on my harddrive - pre reformatting.
How do I get the Nortons downloaded again, without using the last of three licenses, (which I will need for my daughter when she get new laptop after leaving school)?
