I want a refund. 11th Jan 2021, I received an 'Auto Renewal Email' I want to cancel the renewal and get a refund. It appears impossible it get in contact with anyone at Norton. I have used the Norton website and it just sends you around in circles from page to page. I click on "Chat with NortonLifeLock Member Services" then on the " Cancellation & Renewal' tab, then "Request Auto Renewal Refund" and it just goes back to the start. Also, click on contact phone numbers, guess what, no numbers appear, it goes back to "Chat with NortonLifeLook Members Services". Customer Services in the UK appears to be non-existent.
How does one get through to Norton to get a refund?
Norton products (including subscriptions and Automatic Renewals) may be refunded within 60 days of the purchase date. Shipping, handling, and any applicable tax are not refundable except in certain states and countries where these items are refundable.
