Hi Lamont1701.

 

I believe that you must be asking about Norton Mobile Security.  Can you confirm that and tell us what version you are using?

 

If you are using the latest version (Version 3) then you will presumably have registered the software at mobilesecurity.norton.com.  If you have not then I would advise you to do so.  Once logged on there it tells you how to use the commands either via the internet or via SMS commands.

 

There is no separate manual for this product.
