How do I mark a file as safe?

Hi people,

 

I'm trying to download a file for the game 'MineCraft' but Norton keeps removing it as it thinks it's an unsafe file. I know it's safe though. There are thousands of other people who have downloaded it with no problems. Any idea how to mark the file as safe?
